State of the art Commercial Project with Common areas spreading up to approx. 80,000 Sqft. As the name suggests, the building is unique place where “Art meets Business”. The Interior design of the common areas exactly compliments the name and forms the central theme of Design element and spaces are adorned with curated Art. Both wings of the buildings are having large Entrance Lobbies with unique design. Central Atrium draws in, natural light, both wings have separate atriums. Atrium space transforms itself into a landscaped courtyard at Lower Ground (LG) floor.
The Building comprises of two Grand Entrance Lobbies, with unique designs. The plan both are look and feel is arty unlike the norm for commercial Building.
